SuperNX—Terms

SuperNX / Terms

Terms of service

Effective October 17, 2026

Operator. SuperNX is operated by Poetical Engine LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. “We”, “us” and “SuperNX” in this document mean Poetical Engine LLC.

These terms govern your use of SuperNX, the tolerance-chain analysis service at nxtolerance.com. By creating an account, uploading a part, or subscribing, you accept them. If you are evaluating on behalf of a company, the company is bound by them.

The service

SuperNX analyses Siemens NX part files (.prt): it extracts geometry and assembly interfaces, assigns fits from published tolerance standards, runs worst-case and statistical stack-up checks, and returns a report plus a toleranced model. Analysis runs consume credits; a demo mode needs no upload and no credits.

Acceptable use

Engineering responsibility

SuperNX is an analysis assistant, not a licensed engineer. Outputs are computational checks against published tolerance standards — useful, but not a substitute for professional engineering review. Verify results before they drive manufacturing, safety, or contractual decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

Ending the relationship

Email privacy@nxtolerance.com any time to delete specific analyses or the whole account — deleting the account removes account data, stored outputs and our email history with you (Team plan inquiries included), per the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the effective date above moves and the change is announced on this page before it applies to renewals. October 17, 2026: named the operator, Poetical Engine LLC, and the governing law is now that of New Mexico, USA. October 8, 2026: account deletion also removes our email history with you, and we corrected how analyses are deleted (by email to privacy@nxtolerance.com).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
